LESSON POLICY

When you choose to begin music lessons, a certain level of commitment is required.  Lessons should be once a week, and it is important to choose a lesson time that can be maintained with consistency.  

Please read the policy below for your information.  

Cancellations

•     Please understand that lesson fees are reserving a particular scheduled time slot that cannot be transferred to another student. 

•     Make-up lessons will be scheduled to accommodate illness and severe weather emergencies, as well as family vacations, only when notice has been given in advance 
      (at least 24 hours notice is required).  If your lesson time falls on a major holiday, an alternative time slot will be arranged.

•     Make-up lessons will be scheduled to replace any sessions missed by the teacher.

 Payments

•      The fee schedule is based on either a 4 or 5- week month. Payments are made in monthly installments and are due on the last week of the month for the     
        following month.   (Example.... payment for February would be due the last week of January).

•       Other payment options can be discussed upon registration.   

 Lesson Materials

•       It will be up to the student to obtain any learning materials recommended by the instructor.  If the instructor supplies these items upon the student 
          or parent’s request, prepayment is required because music is non-returnable.
